Welcome to the National Resource Center for Adoption’s (NRCA) website, a service of the Children’s Bureau and member of the Children’s Bureau Training and Technical Assistance Network!
On our site, you will find helpful information on current child welfare adoption topics as well as updated tools, resources, and web media available through the NRCA. In addition, our site allows you to make comments and provide valuable feedback to our NRCA staff.
Our Mission
In collaboration with the T/TA Network and Courts, the National Resource Center for Adoption will work to improve the overall capacity of the child welfare system to sustain systemic changes that address the adoption-related needs of the families, children and youth it serves.
Vision
The National Resource Center for Adoption’s vision is that every child and youth in the public child welfare system will have a permanent family that provides them safety, permanence, and well-being.
