Action Research is participatory research that is focused on problem solving by examining practices systematically and carefully.  The MALDI participants utilized this method to complete their on the job assignments over a year’s period and presented their practice interventions and findings at the 2006 Onsite Institute in Old Town, Alexandria, VA,
