State Foster Care Managers are invited to participate in the Annual Meeting of the National Association of State Foster Care Managers (NASFCM) scheduled for October 22-23, 2008 at the Holiday Inn Washington Capitol in Washington, DC. This meeting will be attended by Foster Care Managers and will include presentations focused on relative care. We hope to see you at the meeting. Registration forms should be forwarded with a check or purchase order for the amount of $225, made payable to RF-CUNY (Tax ID: 13-1988190). Accommodations: Please call the Holiday Inn Washington Capitol directly at 202-479-4000 to make your own reservations. A block of rooms has been reserved under the National Child Welfare Resource Center for Adoption or the group code: CHL at the rate of $201 per night. All rates are subject to state & local taxes of 14.5%. Reservations must be received by September 19 in order to receive this reduced rate.
Additional Information: Meeting attendees are asked to bring the following items to the meeting: · State Sharing Summary with 40 copies to distribute · Business card for door prize drawing · State souvenir/gift (under $25) to be given as a door prize
