P2P 2010: Making Connections in Child Welfare
The 2010 dialogue focused on the Fostering Connections to Success and Increasing Adoptions Act of 2008 as well as the policy and implementation issues that State agencies must address.
Plenary sessions included opening remarks from Commissioner Bryan Samuels as well as presentations on Fostering Connections from the Policy Division, AFCARS 2009 from the Data Division, and CFSRs from the CFSR Division. Click to view the P2P Conference Booklet
The Children’s Bureau Training and Technical Assistance Network, as well as successful State examples, were featured in workshops. The attendees had an opportunity to network with their peers from across the nation while working together to achieve practice improvements in child welfare.
